During your registration, ensure that you have your IC (local Malaysian) or passport (international student) handy. You must also make sure to take your IC or passport with you on the day of your examination.

To reschedule or cancel, please contact the test centre where you booked your test. 

If you reschedule or cancel your test more than 5 weeks before the test date, you will receive a refund after deduction of administration fee.

If you reschedule or cancel your test less than 5 weeks before the test date, no refund will be provided unless you have a legitimate reason (eg; medical emergencies).

If you fail to appear for the test, it will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be provided.

You may receive a refund after deduction of administration fee if a medical cert is provided as evidence within 5 days of your test date.

The listening, reading and writing sections should be completed together on the same day. The speaking session can be taken on the same day or 3 days before or after the actual test date.

The order of the sessions are as follows:
Listening ->  Reading ->  Writing -> Speaking

No, you cannot pause or stop the audio in between. The audio will be played only once.
